1. Paper separation system

The transmission wheel is connected with the press belt of the laminator to transmit power, and the mounted paper falls to the push-down paper table through the transmission wheel and the synchronous belt, and after the set number of papers is reached, the paper sorting rod lifts and separates the paper.

1. Push-down paper system.

The cylinder is used to drive the forward movement of the two push jaws, and a set number of stacks of paper are pushed into the turning mechanism

3. Flip system

The automatic clamping system is used to stack the paper evenly and reversely, so that the framed product is flat, stiff and not glued, which is more conducive to the production of the later process

4. Push-up system

The motor is used to drive the chain to drive the push-up plate to move forward and backward, and push the rising stack of paper into the delivery table to wait for stacking

5. Stacking system

The reciprocating movement of the four-sided splint pat the received paper on all sides to ensure the neatness of the receiving paper.

6. Delivery system

When the paper is stacked to a height of 1.7 meters, the delivery table is automatically lowered, and the whole stack of paper is pulled out with a hydraulic car, and the secondary delivery table automatically intervenes to complete the non-stop delivery.

7. Electronic control system

All of them use well-known brand electrical components, the program design is reasonable, the operation is completed with one key when working, and the fault is automatically detected
