Division Introduction
Bottom paper system: imported servo motor control system, equipped with Nida suction belt, suction power frequency conversion adjustment, belt water roller cleaning, patented technology to ensure that corrugated paper and cardboard can be smoothly discharged, and the operation is simple.
Feeder system: equipped with high-speed automatic special feeder head, the paper lifting nozzle can freely adjust the paper lifting angle, and the paper feeding nozzle can adjust the paper feeding angle, regardless of thick paper or thin paper, to ensure the high speed and stability of paper feeding.
Electrical system: designed in accordance with European CE standards to ensure the stability, high efficiency and low failure of the whole machine. The human-machine interface is combined with the PLC to display various information such as warnings, fault detection, abnormal conditions and operating speed on the screen at a glance.
Pre-stacking system: The next pile of face paper can be pre-stacked without stopping the machine to improve efficiency.
Gluing system: stainless steel glue roller, never rust, after fine grinding, the amount of glue is adjusted to the minimum to ensure that the glue is uniform. The lower roller is cleaned with a water roller
Transmission system: imported double-sided tooth synchronous belt transmission is adopted, equipped with tensioning device, which ensures accurate, stable and low noise transmission.
Positioning system: use multiple groups of photoelectric to sense the forward relative position of the bottom paper, and control the servo motors on both sides of the face paper to do independent compensation actions, so that the face paper and the bottom paper can be accurately fitted.
Flip delivery system
The pasted paper is automatically stacked according to the set quantity, one positive and one negative.
